This ongoing relationship typically involves diagnosing your current people processes and pain points. Whether you're building from the ground up or need to implement change, I collaborate with you to understand your business objectives, company goals and values, and design aligned solutions.

3 | Project Sprints

Together, we pinpoint a specific area of your business that needs attention and create targeted deliverables to address it. These projects are usually short-term, focused, and have 30-60 day deadlines. My support is hands-on, tactical, and may involve collaborating with your internal leads. 2 | Problem-Solving Sessions

90 minute 1:1 sessions to clarify and diagnose your people strategy roadblocks. You’ll walk away with fresh ideas and an action plan. Ideal for the leader or business owner seeking a new approach to a specific challenge or is looking to improve a working relationship with a particular employee or team.

4 | Fractional or Interim Leadership

A limited term in which I join your leadership team to provide people strategy and support. This typically includes companies smaller than 200 people who are not yet ready to hire a full-time people leader, are in the process of hiring a new leader, or to take on a temporary leadership role on behalf of managers on leave.
